1. Definitions

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold one and only one account on ace677. 5. Deposits

All deposits must be made using a mobile wallet registered in your own name. ace677 does not accept payments from third-party wallets or payment methods belonging to another person. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. ace677 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your ace677 account balance once confirmed on the payment network. ace677 is not responsible for delays caused by mobile network congestion, scheduled maintenance windows, or errors originating with your wallet provider. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction.

ace677 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that we reasonably believe to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet used to make deposits on your account. Where multiple deposit methods have been used, withdrawals will be directed to the primary registered wallet. ace677 does not process withdrawals to wallets registered in names other than the account holder.

Before your first withdrawal, ace677 may require you to complete full identity verification. This is a standard safeguard to protect players and the integrity of the platform. Verified accounts benefit from expedited withdrawal processing.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit; however, large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification steps for security purposes. ace677 aims to process all standard verified withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating hours.

Withdrawals of Bonus funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements being satisfied in full prior to any withdrawal request being approved. Attempting to withdraw Bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the Bonus balance being forfeited.

7. Welcome Bonus & Promotional Offers

ace677 offers a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 to newly registered players who meet the qualifying deposit conditions. The specific percentage match, minimum qualifying deposit, and any game restrictions applicable to the welcome bonus are communicated at the time of the offer and may be subject to change.

All bonuses offered by ace677, including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions (such as Eid specials, Pohela Boishakh offers, and BPL season promotions), and refer-a-friend rewards, are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is thirty times (30x) the combined value of the deposit and the bonus amount before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted.

Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your account balance. Real money funds are used first in all wagers, followed by bonus funds, unless a specific game or promotion dictates otherwise. You may forfeit an active bonus at any time by contacting support, but this will result in the permanent removal of both the bonus balance and any winnings derived from bonus play up to that point.

8. Game Rules & Outcomes

Game rules are accessible within each game interface. 12. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace677 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a proxy.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating in multiplayer or live dealer games.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other means of obscuring your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing restrictions.

Upon detection of any prohibited activity, ace677 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
